I have a true passion to share yoga with others so they can experience the wonderful benefits it provides. It is my swadharma, my calling.
When I found yoga over 20 years ago, I found my home and a path that inspires me to live each moment mindfully, to grow physically and spiritually, and to recognize the connection we have to each other.
My classes are thoughtfully designed to be accessible, supportive yet challenging, grounding yet fluid and uplifting, adaptive to the needs of those I am teaching. I include aspects of meditation and breath-work, and an emphasis on alignment, body awareness, and self-acceptance.
My wish for you is that your yoga practice is a transforming journey, one that helps you grow mentally, physically, and emotionally. I hope to see you in class!
